Abstract:
在单相变换器中,传统的方案是直流母线上并联大容量的电解电容对交流侧和直流侧间不匹配的瞬时功率进行缓冲.然而,电解电容存在寿命短且受温度影响大等缺点,限制了系统的寿命和可靠性.为了采用高可靠性及长寿命的薄膜电容,提出了一种基于双向Buck/Boost电路变型的有源功率解耦电路,来替代电解电容缓冲脉动功率,并针对电路拓扑设计了参数和控制策略.实验结果验证了所提方案能实现无电解电容,并有效减小母线电压纹波.
