本文以河北省W县乡镇公务员为研究对象,通过问卷调查和统计分析的实证研究方法,从个人背景、工作本身、工作回报、工作环境、领导与管理五个结构维度上了解政府基层公务员这一群体的工作满意度现状,探讨影响其工作满意度的因素。
