Abstract：
采用瞬态光电导谱研究了TiO2的光电导衰减曲线, 通过计算机拟合得到光生载流子的寿命, 并考察了Pt的负载量对TiO2光生载流子有效寿命的影响. 结果表明, 增大Pt的负载量, 可延缓光电导的衰减趋势, 从而延长TiO2光生载流子的有效寿命, 有效地降低了光生载流子的复合率.
