Abstract:
以煤基炭为硬模板、醋酸锌为锌源,采用高温焙烧法制备了具有优异晶体结构和孔隙特性的ZnO纳米材料,探究了基于该ZnO材料的气体传感器对乙醇的气敏性能。结果表明:在工作温度200℃时,ZnO传感器对低质量分数乙醇气体具有较高灵敏度,响应值可达5.25; ZnO传感器对质量分数为1×10
