Abstract:
When the fault occurs in the distribution network, such as short circuit or disconnection, the location of the fault point can be determined by using the real time fault information. And the fault location method is accurate and reliable, which directly affects the failure of power supply users, and has a great impact on the social, economic, and other aspects of life. In view of the difference of fault information sources incurrent distribution network, control area and non-supervise area of distribution are studied. The scope of the study include the data area that has or hasn't been collected user electric energyin the non-measurement and control area, and the measurement and control area that has realized feeder automation. The simulation results show that the fault location method based on different information sources in different regions has many advantages, such as high fault tolerance, short positioning time and strong certainty.
