Abstract：
The electrochemiluminescence immunoassay of HCG in a medium of Na2CO3-NaHCO3-KCl-CoCl2-ABEI has been studied. The luminescent reagent signed-ABEI is determined in this medium. The detection limit of this method is 1.3 x 10(-12)mol. L-1 (for ABEI). This method has been successfully applied to the determination HCG in human serum.
