Abstract:

This paper proposes a pulse voltage source based on MOSFET for the electro-optical switch. The voltage regulation stage is composed of two-stage de/de converter, including a buck and a voltage multiplier. The pulse voltage generator is based on the series-connected MOSFETs. The principle of the electro-optical switch drive is analyzed and the parameters design method is also presented. An experimental prototype was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design method.
