To　deepen　the　existing　research,　this　paper　analyzes　the　intellectual　property　formal　conflicts　in　knowledge　transferring　among　enterprises　in　EC　environment.　Then　it　researches　intellectual　property　conflicts　evaluation　in　knowledge　transferring　in　EC　environment,　raises　hypothesis　of　related　questions　and　notation　hypothesis,　and　accomplishes　the　evaluation　research　on　intellectual　property　conflicts　in　knowledge　transferring　among　enterprises　in　EC　environment　by　AHM　and　Bayesian.　Finally　it　gives　the.　future　research　orientations.
