Abstract:
The rapid development architecture of complex CNC machine tool and its key technologies were studied in order to promote the capabilities of self-development and innovation of the native machine tool enterprises. The research focus on the integration framework of system and modeling methodology, which help to construct a development system with knowledge-driven and application system-embedded processes, that is to say, modular design of machine tool, performance optimization and simulation, product cost estimation and evaluation, etc., should be real-time embedded. The design modules of system, such as conceptual design, performance test, product cost estimation and evaluation, were developed based on client/server framework. Moreover, the further development based on CATIA V5, ANSYS and ADAMS were performed by using VisualBasic. NET, as well as using ADO.NET to access Oracle 9i stored procedures, The system maintenance module and project management module were developed based on browser /server framework. On the other hand, the modeling methodology of intelligent digital mock-up based on KBE(Knowledge-Based Engineering) was put forward to satisfy the design requirements of intelligence and automation. Finally, machine center, as an instance, was taken to approve validity.
