Abstract:
Dynamic impact of punching construction on adjacent existing bridge pile foundation was analyzed based on finite element numerical analysis method. It shows that the primary affecting factors are dynamic loads magnitudes and distance of punching location to existing pile. M-max (Bending moment maximums) of piles are in direct proportion to magnitude of dynamic loads. With increasing the distance of punching location to existing pile, M-max present exponential attenuation. M-max of pile with fixed constrain are bigger than those of pile with simply-supported constrain, and distributions of M-max also significantly different. As the depth of punching construction increased, M-max present increasing first and then decreasing. Under the same conditions, the shorter pile is more sensitive to punch depth.
