This　paper　analyzed　the　input　and　output　data　of　17　Agricultural　Listed　Companies　with　Data　Envelopment　Analysis(DEA)　CCR　model　and　BCC　model,　obtained　the　overall　efficiency,　pure　technical　efficiency　and　scale　efficiency　of　these　17　listed　companies,　then　pointed　out　the　DEA　invalid　companies＇　improved　path　using　the　slack　variable,　finally　proposed　three　policy　measures　to　improve　the　performance　of　Agricultural　Listed　Companies　according　to　the　model　conclusions,　such　as,　develop　leading　enterprises,　change　the　agricultural　growth　from　extensive　methods　to　intensive　methods,　optimize　the　product　structure　and　develop　science　and　technology-intensive　products　Etc.
