Based　on　excavations　and　research　of　project　management　subject,　we　think　the　connotation　of　project　management　training　can　be　divided　into　general　management　capability　and　professional　management　capability　training.　The　training　of　general　management　capability　is　reflected　in　the　following　areas,　such　as:　Develop　the　ability　of　how　to　do　the　thing　which　one-time　and　never　faced　before.　Develop　the　ability　of　how　to　do　the　right　thing,　how　to　do　the　thing　right　and　how　to　get　the　results　correctly.　This　excavations　and　research　is　an　innovation　and　science　popularization　of　the　project　management　theory.
