Abstract:
Self-compacting concrete(SCC) is increasingly being used day by day as a structural material. In this paper, according to the uniaxial compressive testing of the SCC with different content of fly ash, the stress-strain relationship of SCC and the effect of seven fly ash(FA) levels and two curing ages(7 and 28 days) on the stress-strain behavior are analyzed. The results shows that the stress peak of SCC decreases with the increasing content of fly ash and decreasing curing age. Based on the experimental results, the formula for the stress-strain relationship of SCC is suggested and verified by numerical simulation.
