This　paper　explores　enterprises　knowledge　spillover　in　industrial　clusters　using　an　agent　based　simulation　model.　The　knowledge　spillover　in　industrial　clusters　is　simulated　based　on　analyzing　the　micro-mechanism　of　enterprises　knowledge　spillover　in　industrial　clusters.　According　to　the　simulation,　the　knowledge　spillover　effect　in　knowledge　disparity,　knowledge　learning　and　knowledge　lock-in　can　be　illustrate,　and　some　meaningful　conclusions　can　be　pointed　out.
