Because　of　the　usual　high　profile　of　the　public　facilities　construction　projects　(PFCP),　the　evaluation　of　their　management　is　not　only　the　prerequisite　and　a　basis　for　improving　decision　making,　but　also　a　basis　for　the　performance　evaluation　of　the　public　sector.　This　article　proposes　the　establishment　and　improvement　of　evaluation　Indicators　for　PFCP　management　in　China,　based　on　the　analysis　of　the　purpose,　assessment　and　the　evaluation　indicators　design　of　PFCP　management.
