Both　coalition　formation　and　modeling　rational　agents　with　in　BDI-architecture　are　important　direction　in　multi-agent　system　research.　We　have　define　the　organizer　of　the　system,　and　then　both　constraint　to　the　coalition　and　the　mental　attributes　of　each　agent　are　taken　into　account.　Furthermore,　after　import　some　concepts　of　ATL,　the　coalition　in　our　system　can　act　rationally　in　an　open　system.
