Abstract:
In this paper, the main idea and control block structure of the parallel electric assist control strategy have been given. Then, this control strategy is applied to an given hybrid electric car and this car is simulated using ADVISOR software. The simulation results of the working process and vehicle performances are deduced and analysed. Finally, the control effect and advantages of the parallel electric assist control strategy have been given by comparing the performances of the hybrid electric car with conventional cars.
