Abstract:

Using Kissinger method, crystallization kinetics of Ni-P-diamond composite coating and Ni-P coating is studied. Results show that the crystallization onset temperature of Ni-P-diamond composite coating is lower than that of Ni-P coating, but the peak temperature of Ni-P-diamond coating is almost equal to or higher than that of Ni-P coating, which means the crystallization process of composite coating is longer than Ni-P coating. The crystallization excitation energy of Ni-P-composite coating is 280KJ/mol, and that of Ni-P coating is 310KJ/mol.
