Implementing　innovative　education　is　not　only　the　need　of　the　teaching　and　development　of　higher　education　itself,　but　also　that　for　upgrading　the　competitive　power　of　Chinese　higher　education　in　the　world,　and　also　the　realistic　requirement　for　realizing　a　sustainable　economic　development　and　for　fully　improving　the　quality　of　the　whole　nation.　The　thesis　analyzes　the　limitations　lied　in　the　traditional　education　model,　such　as　being　not　beneficial　to　fostering　the　innovative　ability,　then　comes　up　with　many　measurements　of　promoting　education　reform　around　the　cores　of　renewing　education　conception,　adjusting　talent-training　model,　reforming　the　teaching　content　and　curriculum　system,　strengthening,　the　practice　ability,　implementing　diversified　education　patterns　according　to　different　talents,　emphasizing　personality　training,　etc.
