Abstract:

The zero-current-break control is a core technique in new-type intelligent AC contactor. To realize the zero-current-break control, the contactor not only needs accurate signal, strict computer control program, consistent operation time, but also particular contact structure to cooperate with. The zero-current-break control technique makes the contact structure of the AC contactor be different from the traditional contactor. In the paper the finite element software of the three-dimensional electromagnetic field is used to analyze the contact system of intelligent AC contactor, in order to find out more suitable contact system of the intelligent AC contactor.
