Abstract:
Two elements (cells) can be integrated together; there must exist the action of the force, including internal force and external force. The Law of Universal Gravitation and the Coulomb's Law reveal the law of integrated internal force distribution of the non-"super distance (an integrated element directly acts on another one)" elements in the integration of the natural system. The social system is composed of persons. Individuals, groups and organizations are the basic elements (cells) of the social system. The integration between them belongs to the integration under the non-"super-distance" condition. And there exists the action of integrated internal force also. The quality and psychological distance of integrated elements and related environment affect the forming of the integrated internal force between them and big or small of it. All of them are functions of the time. At certain time and under certain environment conditions, the integrated internal force is in direct proportion to the quality of the integrated elements, and is in inverse proportion to square of the psychological distance between them. The simpler the environment is, the more easily the integrated internal force forms. The more complicated the environment is, the higher the quality and the shorter the psychological distance are required if one wants to maintain the integrated internal force for the constant. There is important significance in the theory and practice of the integration management to reveal the law of integrated internal force in the social system.
