With　the　development　of　Knowledge-based　Economy,　the　trend　of　servicization　in　economy　is　protruding　itself　gradually,　and　therefore　the　International　Service　Trade　is　certain　to　be　the　focus　of　trade　competitions　among　all　countries.　However,　there　is　still　a　tremendous　gap　between　the　Chinese　service　trade　and　that　of　the　developed　countries,　so　it　is　a　great　challenge.　The　strong　＂Matthew　Effect＂　of　Knowledge-based　Economy　is　worsening　the　grim　situation,　so　the　urgent　affairs　for　the　moment　are　to　envisage　the　actual　gap　in　Chinese　Service　Trade　and　then　to　take　effective　measures　to　boost　the　development　of　Chinese　Service　Trade.
