Abstract:
This paper begins with the analysis of the domestic and foreign electronic commerce credit related documents, and uses the game method to establish a single game model of electronic commerce, a repeated game model of electronic commerce and a game model of electronic commerce under the supervision. We then focus on the decision making process of the electronic commerce transactions under different models through quantitative analysis method. The research shows that the key to improve the credit level of electronic commerce is to establish long-term cooperative relationship, enhance the regulatory capacity, build an efficient information delivery mechanism and optimize the credit system.
