The　common　practice　about　performance　evaluation　on　the　investment　project　is　to　inspect　completion　rate　of　project　implementation　and　physical　output　of　the　project　after　completion,　so　as　to　evaluate　the　performance　of　the　investment　project.　In　recent　years,　scholars　are　more　concerned　about　the　impact　of　investment　in　the　project,　especially　the　project＇s　impact　on　the　economic　and　community　in　poor　areas.　Based　on　describing　the　rural　infrastructure　and　its　role,　this　paper　will　construct　indicators　and　equations　of　the　impact　of　the　investment　in　rural　infrastructure　on　agricultural　production,　rural　labor　market,　employment　and　increase　household　incomes　and　reduce　poverty.
