Abstract：
On the base of thorough analysis on the financial difficulties for real estate companies, the author considers Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) as an innovational financial approach is the best way to resolve this problem. The feasibilities, obstacles and benefits of develop REITs are analysed, suggestions on how to develop REITS in China are presented in the end of the article.
