Abstract:

The influence of rubber particles type and rubber particles dosage and NaOH solution pretreatment of rubber particles on the fracture property of rubberized self-compacting concrete is researched by three-point bending rest. The load-displacement curves and load-crack opening mouth displacement curves of the specimens are measured. The initiation fracture toughness and unstable fracture toughness and fracture energy are calculated based on double-K fracture model. The result indicates that incorporating rubber particles to self-compacting concrete can improve the fracture toughness and fracture energy obviously; the increase amplitude is affected by rubber content, variety. NaOH solution pretreatment particles can improve rubberized self-compacting concrete fracture properties of rubber. ©, 2015, China Water Power Press. All right reserved.
