Abstract:
This study is based on the CIPP theory, using literature research method, qualitative and quantitative interviews and expert consultation method. And the construction of the evaluation index system, school mental health education, results showed that the background evaluation includes educational objectives plan; input evaluation includes institutions system security staff facilities funds budget; process evaluation including psychological Curriculum counseling permeate the home school cooperation; outcome assessment including mental health teacher professional growth satisfaction.
