Abstract：

An　enzyme-free　and　label-free　electrochemical　biosensor　for　Pb2+　based　on　DNA　concatamers　and　hexaammineruthenium　was　fabricated.　This　sensor　has　been　used　to　assay　Pb2+　in　the　extract　of　the　Chinese　herb　Bauhinia　championi.　©　the　Partner　Organisations　2014.
