Abstract:

It was difficult to define technological contradictions by using Technological Theory of Inventive Problem Resolving (TRIZ). An improved Current Reality Tree (CRT) in Theory of Constrains (TOC) was put forward to define technological contradictions. By introducing conceptions of the logic Positive/Negative correlation into logic reasoning and recognizing forms of technological contradictions in CRT, it provided technological support to resolve conflicts using TRIZ. An Adjacency-Parameter Matrix was constructed on data structures of improved Current Reality Tree and Algorithm for Depth First Technical-Conflict Searching ADCS was proposed. Visual operations of ADCS were realized using MATLAB GUI module. Above-mentioned methods and procedures were used in the Technical-Conflict determination and solution of Ultraviolet Cooking Oil Smoke Purifier with satisfactory results. It was proved that the improved CRT models was feasible and practical for product innovative design.
