A　simple,　colorimetric,　sensitive,　cost-effective　and　high-throughput　system　based　on　a　positively　charged　graphene　oxide-enzyme　complex　was　developed　for　bacterial　detection　and　drug　screening.　©　The　Royal　Society　of　Chemistry.
