Artificial　fish-swarm　algorithm　(AFSA)　is　a　new　random　search　optimization　algorithm,　which　provides　a　new　idea　and　method　to　solve　complex　optimization　problems.　The　improved　AFSA　based　on　grid　division　and　tabu　search　will　make　the　optimization　more　accessible　to　the　precise　overall　solution.　By　introducing　the　improved　AFSA　into　the　optimization　design　of　intelligent　AC　contactor＇s　control　parameters　and　its　mechanism＇s　structure　parameters　in　its　opening　process　and　closing　process,　not　only　comprehensive　optimization　is　achieved,　but　also　guaranteed　the　rapid　release　of　the　mechanism,　which　laid　the　foundation　for　reliable　micro-arc　energy　breaking.　This　dissertation　chiefly　proposed　a　method　for　intelligent　AC　contactor＇s　virtual　prototype　dynamic　optimization　design.
