This　dissertation　introduces　the　basic　structure　and　function　of　intelligent　AC　contactor,　and　the　software　and　hardware　structure,　function　and　characteristics　of　a　high-speed　camera-based　intelligent　AC　contactor　dynamic　testing　device.　This　device　was　used　to　comprehensively　test　intelligent　AC　contactor　and　in-depth　analyze　its　dynamic　characteristics　according　to　a　large　number　of　test　data.　This　measurement　technique　and　analysis　method　not　only　lays　the　foundation　for　intelligent　AC　contactor　virtual　prototype　optimal　design　and　product　development,　but　also　applicable　to　the　intellectualization　study　of　other　electrical　apparatus.
