Abstract:

Through integrating the key technologies of different innovative design methods, like conflict solving theory in TRIZ, theory of constraints (TOC), unexpected discovery (UXD), analogy-based design (ABD) and so on, a new conceptual design model integrated for product innovation is established. The product demand is analyzed; The design conflict using TOC and TRIZ is determined and solved; The UXD obtained by ABD is applied to drive the generation of innovation conception using interdisciplinary field knowledge and determine domain conflict; The principle solution of system or the innovation concept of the product is gained.
