Abstract：

PPy　was　synthesized　in　the　Aluminum　film　by　oxidatively　chemical　polymerization.　The　influences　of　different　kinds　of　surfactant,　concentration　of　oxidizer　and　the　times　of　reaction　on　the　capacitors　were　investigated.　The　results　show　that:　when　PEG600　as　surfactant,　concentration　of　oxidizer　was　1.0　mol/L,　25　times　of　reaction,　characteristics　of　capacitors　were:　loss　tangent　0.017;　ESR　14　mΩ.　The　capacitor　also　possesses　ideal　frequency　characteristics.
