Abstract：
An immunochromatographic assay (ICA) system including strip reader and matched strip device for the quantitative determination has been developed. It describes how to design a special photoelectric sensor for quantitative determination immunochromatogrghic assay (ICA) strip. The artificial neural network is applied to examine of ICA strip for improving the determination precision of ICA strip.
