This　paper　introduced　a　computer　system　composed　of　industrial　computer,　PLC,　transducers　and　so　on,　which　is　used　to　remove　the　dust　of　carbide　furnace.　The　water　level　in　the　boiler　is　a　relatively　complex　target　of　control　because　of　its　dynamic　characteristics　and　disturbance.　The　introduction　of　Fuzzy-PID　controller　offers　a　better　solution　to　the　problem,　which　has　yielded　favorable　results　in　practice.
