Abstract:

The optimizing technological parameters are researched in grinding process for bearing race by way of Hestences multiplier of optimization theory, which is respectively based on the objective functions for minimizing grinding time and cost per piece, subject to constraints of qualities required and other limits considering of the statistical characteristic of the mathematical models for the ground surface quality, and obtains practical optimal results, then it makes deepgoing analysis for the tight constraint of the practical optimal results and gets some discoveries. These results off a way to increase the productivity decrease the cost and Improve grinding quality.
