Abstract：
The Mac-Millan＇s equation for the first-order nonlinear non-holonomic system was derived here by only using the principle of Jourdain differential variation without the necessity of introducing the Niu Qinping＇s definition of virtual displacement, because it is only a natural deduction of the method presented here.
