Abstract:
Fusing-off temperature of thermal-link matters made from heat-sensitive alloys shows probability distribution. The fusing-off temperatures can be controlled by fusing-off tolerance through designing reasonable composition and microstructure, throwing away oxidic film and increasing surface tension. According to the fusing-off tolerance, only the alloys with eutectic composition and a part of noneutectic composition with near eutectic properties can be used to prepare the thermal-link matters.
