The　She　minority　is　an　ancient　nationality　with　profound　cultural　treasures.　This　paper　selected　a　representative　West　Road-style　apron　pattern　as　the　study　object.　By　employing　a　literature　review　and　investigation,　the　paper　analysed　organizational　structure,　patterns,　colours　and　multiple　cultures　relative　to　the　study　object,　and　explored　its　innovative　application　in　the　design　of　modern　casual　shoes.　The　combination　of　traditional　costume　patterns　and　modern　fashion　elements　is　of　positive　significance　in　inheriting　the　traditional　costume　culture　of　the　She　minority　in　Siapu,　Eastern　Fujian　Province.　©　(2019)　Textile　Bioengineering　and　Informatics　Symposium　Proceedings　2019　-　12th　Textile　Bioengineering　and　Informatics　Symposium,　TBIS　2019.　All　rights　reserved.
