Abstract:
A novel single-winding bearingless flux-switching permanent magnet machine(BFSPMM) is proposed in this paper to overcome the drawbacks in traditional double-winding bearingless flux-switching machine of insufficient utilization of winding current capacity and the difficulty for manufacture. Moreover, a Schwarz-Christoffel-based analytical model and the corresponding decoupling control of levitation force and torque are built and then verified by finite element and experiment results. © 2018 KIEE EMECS (KIEE Electrical Machinery and Energy Conversion Systems).
