Abstract:
Pure electric vehicle power battery is the only resource for driving energy. The batteries of pure electric vehicle on sale generally possess heavy weight and large volume. Different ways of layout for battery have a significant impact on the vehicle vibration and ride comfort. This paper Aimed at building the power battery layout models schemes of one pure electric vehicle and analyzing the virtual prototype simulation model of vibration comfort to obtain the best way of battery layout. Finally, three layout schemes were added flexible connections to fulfill vibration simulation optimization. Comparing the results of seat vertical acceleration in flexible connections with the results in the rigid body model. The result indicates that flexible connections can improved vibration characteristics significantly. © 2016, FISITA. All rights reserved.
