The　study　on　knowledge　management　(KM)　evaluation　is　an　important　aspect　in　KM＇s　research.　On　the　basis　of　relevant　literature,　this　paper　designs　an　evaluation　index　system　of　clustered　enterprises＇　KM.　In　view　of　the　different　importance　of　each　factor　and　the　evaluation　of　clustered　enterprises＇　KM　is　pessimistic　and　uncertain,　this　paper　uses　weighted　grey　relational　model　to　evaluate　the　level　of　KM　systematically.　It　provides　a　feasible　and　practical　approach　for　the　quantitative　evaluation　of　clustered　enterprises＇　KM.　©2009　IEEE.
