Provincial　Ocean　&　Fisheries　Information　Sharing　Service　Platform　is　the　important　part　of　government　information　sharing　resolving　scheme.　This　paper　has　put　forward　an　Ocean　&　Fisheries　information　sharing　scheme　in　FuJian　province　under　the　background　of　Digital　Ocean.　It　focuses　on　the　three　main　aspects:　information　sharing　structure,　database　sharing　scheme,　data　exchanging　in　developing　the　Information　Sharing　Service　Platform.　This　scheme　can　be　used　in　other　resources　information　sharing.　©2009　IEEE.
