Abstract：

This　paper　introduces　some　kinds　of　approaches　on　model-based　fault　diagnosis　briefly,　mainly　discusses　the　current　status　quo　of　observer-based　method.　Finally,　some　issues　in　this　field　and　the　development　trends　are　pointed　out.
