Multiple　shake　table　system　is　the　prospective　direction　in　seismic　performance　research　in　structural　engineering.　New　multi　shake　table　array　systems　(MSTS)　built　and　under　construction　in　China　and　abroad　will　become　powerful　tools　for　seismic　engineering　researches　especially　in　seismic　performance　researches　and　tests　in　bridges,　lifeline　engineering　and　equipments　and　so　on.　New　methodology　and　theory　in　utilizing　MSTS　will　be　brought　out　and　improved　in　the　near　future.　©　2007　EUCENTRE.　All　rights　reserved.
