Nowadays, imbalance of regional economic development in the world, the intensification of competition among countries, and the scramble for talents as the core resources are becoming more and more fierce. It is the only way to speed up personnel training and improve the quality of the whole people. Since the eighteen years of the party, public innovation and people's pioneering work have become the outlet for the development of the times. As the largest social platform of talent supply, higher education plays an important role in promoting the management of. In recent years, with the expansion of enrollment of graduates employment market stock continue to release, sometimes hot and sometimes cold, difficult employment has become placed in front of the universities first problem.
