Abstract:

Some methods are presented for analyzing the behavior of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch. Using these methods, two CFST model arches are analyzed. Comparison of numerical results with the test results indicates that the fiber model can describe the basic mechanical properties of the CFST arch.
