Abstract:

In this paper, major factors and their correlation effects are decided which influence surface waviness in ground bearing race, based on analyzing mechanism of grinding internal race for ball bearing. According to mixed orthogonal table, the multiple-factor experiment is done. The optimal regression equations are established through modeling experimental data by stepwise regress. Through doing further multidimensional analysis of mathematical model, it comes to some important conclusions. © 2001 Trans Tech Publications.
