Abstract:
In order promote the miniaturization process of intelligent AC contactor, this paper established a capacitor-free coil drive topology. And a strategy for eliminating the contact bounce of intelligent AC contactor in wide voltage range was proposed, which combined flux linkage variable with current closed-loop control technology during the closure. The feasibility of determining wheatear the contact is about to close though the flux linkage was verified by two kinds of double E-type direct-acting contactors. And took one kind for representative to analyze the effect of excitation voltage and phase on flux linkage, and then programed the process of wide range voltage contact bounce suppression strategy and experimented. The experimental results show that the strategy can effectively reduce the contact bouncing time of intelligent AC contactor in wide voltage range. © 2018, Electrical Technology Press Co. Ltd.
